If you are new to Zoom, learn about launching and configuring Zoom here. This is also a good place to troubleshoot Zoom issues if you experience any. 

A common problem is using wireless internet which is prone to signal dropouts and can affect the zoom and stream connection. If you experience a signal dropout, please click back on the day’s link (and enter passcode) once the signal resumes to re-enter the conference. 

Internet speed can also be an issue. The recommended speed is 10 mbps or more.

Online delegates can interact with each other and conference speakers via the Zoom chat function. At the end of each presentation, speakers will ask the audience if there are any questions. A Zoom moderator will relay questions from online delegates to the speakers.

Please ensure you are on the correct link for the day. There is one link (with a specific passcode) for all sessions on Tuesday, and a second link (with a specific passcode for all sessions on Wednesday. You can close the link and then open again to re-enter the conference at any time.
